Services
What we do, and what you get.
Four services. Each one starts with a free conversation about your real problem, and each one ends with something you can use.
Custom AI apps and programs
Small, purpose-built tools shaped around how your team actually works. No bloat, no feature you never asked for.
The problem
Off-the-shelf software does a hundred things you do not need and misses the one you do. So people copy and paste between tabs, and the slow work stays slow.
Our approach
We watch how the work happens, then build a tool to fit it. Often that is a simple form, a set of your own rules, and an AI step that drafts the result. A person on your team approves anything that matters before it goes out.
What you get
- A working tool, built around your process
- A human approval step wherever a mistake would cost you
- Your data kept separate from every other client
- Plain-English documentation and a walkthrough for your staff
- A clear note on what it costs to run each month
A custom shop writes every quote by hand, usually in the evening. We build a tool where the customer fills out one form and the AI drafts the quote from the shop’s own price rules. The owner reads it, fixes anything off, and approves it.
AI policy and governance
A short, plain-English policy that tells your staff what they can and cannot do with AI. The employee handbook for your digital staff.
The problem
Your people are probably using AI already. Nobody told them which tools are fine, what information must never go in, or who to ask when they are unsure.
Our approach
We talk with the people doing the work, find out which tools are in use, and write a policy that matches reality. We cover data handling, vendor checks, risk, and training. We write it so a new hire can read it in one sitting.
What you get
- A policy of a few pages, not a binder
- A list of approved tools and what each may be used for
- Clear rules for customer and employee data
- A checklist for vetting new AI vendors
- A short briefing so your staff understand it
A distributor learns that three people paste customer lists into a free chatbot. The new policy names the approved tools, says which data never goes in, and tells staff who to ask. We are not a law firm. If you work in a regulated field, have your attorney review the final policy.
Unique solutions to today’s problems
Bring us the problem nobody has a tool for. We will tell you honestly whether AI helps, and if it does, we will build it.
The problem
Some problems are too odd for any product on the market. They sit on someone’s to-do list for years because nothing fits.
Our approach
We start by asking whether AI is even the right answer. Sometimes a spreadsheet does the job and we will say so. When AI does help, we design the smallest thing that solves the problem and test it on your real work before you rely on it.
What you get
- An honest answer on whether AI fits
- A small prototype you can test on real examples
- A plain account of what it can and cannot do
- A build, if it works and you want it
An office has twenty years of scanned forms in folders, and one person who knows where everything is. We build a way to ask questions of those files and get answers with the source page attached, so anyone can check the work.
AI literacy and training
Workshops that make AI understandable for your team, with hands-on practice on real tasks.
The problem
People either avoid AI because it feels risky, or use it without knowing where it goes wrong. Both cost you.
Our approach
We teach with everyday comparisons and live examples, not slides full of terms. Everyone tries real tasks in the room, and leaves knowing when to trust the output and when to check it.
What you get
- A session fitted to your business and your people
- Hands-on exercises using tasks your team really does
- Plain-English handouts to keep
- Time for questions, including the ones people hesitate to ask
An owner and four managers spend a morning learning what AI is good at, where it goes wrong, and how to ask it for what they want. Each person tries three tasks on the spot.
Not sure which one you need?
That is normal. Tell us what is going on and we will point you to the right starting place, even if that is not us.
